Diwali is in the air. I mean the festivities, not the pollution we are going to brave post Diwali. Ok, Let’s talk about the good things. You plan it or not , but there will someone around you who will throw a Diwali party or find some reason to get together with friends or relatives. Agree or not you get as excited about the party as the host but the monstrous thoughts ” What should I wear”, ” I want to look different”, “I have nothing to wear” makes you dispirited
You want to play the part enjoy the festivities, look bright & dressed up but not really “dressed-up”. And if you are like me , who wants a healthy dose of comfort too then you will soon find yourself surfing the web endlessly for that one right look all put together. I am not too much into traditional wear and dressing up for festive occasions like Diwali does become a little challenging but then I try by best to strike a balance.
The look below is for those looking to pull something together from your day to day wear. Here is a long skirt , a halter printed top and sneakers. A few pieces of jewellery to add some festive radiance to the look
